It doesn't work because of Thinstall license, so if may be you can redo Promt portable with fixed license problem for Thinstall then delete everything from "Thinstall" folder (all other portables made with Thinstall do not have anything in that folder it's empty), check if Promt works fine and repost this wonderfull app again PLEASE...
