Runner

I've found this some time ago while searching for a windows app that works simmilar to linux's Alt+F2 command and now I can't work without it :) I reflexively go to the top of the desktop and make a click whenever I need to run some app - on every computer whether it has runner installed or not :) and I must tell that it feels just wrong if it's not there. Anyway, I hope someone will find it useful:
